My baby girl turned 9 months old on the 11th. I cannot believe only 3 more months until she is 1! That's just CRAZY!!! Sadie is just as crazy as ever. She is walking along anything and everything and is able to stand without holding on to something for 10 seconds or more at times. A couple times she has even went from sitting on the ground up to standing by just pushing up off the floor instead of pulling up on something. She just amazes me in her movement considering Jonah wasn't even crawling yet when he was her age.
She is also babbling ALL THE TIME now!!! She hasn't said any real words yet, but she has conversations in her own language:) When she gets going with her babbling and yelling Jonah thinks it is hilarious so then it tends to get really loud in the house because he starts imitating her:)
She went to the doctor for her 9 month checkup and she is still just a peanut in her weight. She weighs just over 16 1/2 lbs and that puts her just in the 15th percentile. She is average height still though so that's cool. I would take her being taller like her papa instead of short like her mommy:) The doctor said in her development and everything she is doing great. The only bad part of the appointment was finding out she had a double ear infection...poor thing! She had been waking up in the night for several nights prior to the appointment, which she doesn't typically do, and I just thought she was teething. I am glad I had the appointment so he found it and she is now on medicine. So yeah...9 months old...I better start thinking about her 1st birthday party, right?:)
